Care Leader Opportunity

This is a permanent and full-time role, offering flexibility to work from home in between service times. A 5 week induction program will be provided to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor and Regional Manager.
The successful candidate will have the autonomy to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. They will build fantastic relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with children, their families, and the school community.
- Manage and roster a team of passionate educators.
- Ensure compliance and medical documentation are up to date.
- Plan and deliver daily activities that promote learning and fun.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. They must be a natural leader with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
A qualified or studying individual towards an ACECQA approved qualification is required, which includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work, etc.
