Our Recruitment Process

  • Assessment Centre: Selected candidates will participate in an assessment centre, which will include individual and group assessments.
  • Psychometric Assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment consisting of a general ability test and personality questionnaire.
  • Formal Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to complete an individual interview over Microsoft Teams.
  • Pre-employment Medical & Offer: Selected candidates will complete a pre-employment medical and receive an offer to join our Sales Cadetship Program.
