Drive Growth in Rural Sales

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to service our diverse territory, preferably located in Wagga Wagga or surrounding districts.

You will work closely with rural retailers, farmers, fencing contractors, government bodies, and industry groups to build strong relationships and help them achieve better outcomes for their businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maximise sales revenue, margin, and volume of products through extensive contact with end users, distributor clients, and key influencers of buying decisions.
  2. Develop sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
  3. Achieve sales targets.
  4. Influence large contractors, end users, and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating products, and providing training.
Requirements
  • Robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Agricultural related qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Passion for farming is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license.
