Real Estate Sales Associate to High-Performing DirectorLocation: Wollongong / IllawarraSalary: Base $70,000 – $80,000 + Uncapped Commissions (negotiated based on experience)Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday with one rostered weekday offAbout The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join a well-established and respected agency with over 30 years of experience, operating across two modern offices in Wollongong and the wider Illawarra region.This is a pure sales role with clear progression into a stand-alone Sales Agent position, tailored to your pace and goals.
