Childcare Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Program Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a child-centered educational program for children aged 3-5 years old.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Manage enrolments, bookings, rostering, and administrative tasks with efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year's experience in a lead role in a childcare centre.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR, and Asthma certification.
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Knowledge of relevant early childhood frameworks and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using technology for administrative tasks.
  • Motivated and passionate about delivering high-quality childcare services.
