Transforming Lives Through Aviation: A Regional Director Opportunity
Mission Aviation Fellowship is an international organization driven by a purpose to bring help, hope, and healing through aviation to isolated communities. Our mission is to transport people living in remote villages and support missions, churches, aid agencies, and others working to transform lives.
We are seeking a visionary leader to play a pivotal role in leading and directing our Asia Pacific operations as the Regional Director. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our programs, ensuring we effectively meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term strategies and short-term objectives aligned with our mission and priorities.
- Lead and mentor country directors to facilitate effective program performance and support their leadership growth.
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring staff well-being on a personal, spiritual, and corporate level.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, including HR, financial management, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to strategic planning for Mission Aviation Fellowship across all regions.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with a passion for serving others and spreading the Gospel through aviation.
