We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced education professional to join our team as a Senior Educational Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative educational programs, advising on teaching practices, and promoting effective learning principles.

You will work closely with teaching staff to elevate the quality of learning experiences for our students, contribute to research and scholarship initiatives, and engage with stakeholders to promote effective learning principles.

This role requires a strong background in tertiary education, excellent communication skills, and experience in curriculum design and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and delivering innovative educational programs
  • Advising on teaching practices and promoting effective learning principles
  • Contributing to research and scholarship initiatives
  • Engaging with stakeholders to promote effective learning principles
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with industry or professional experience
  • Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching/Education or willingness to complete
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with university standards and academic writing
  • Proficiency in university learning management systems and business support software
