We are seeking a professional to drive excellence in financial governance. The role is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure effective financial management.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders across various departments to develop, implement, and maintain financial governance policies and procedures, provide advice on financial frameworks, lead financial literacy programs, and drive financial assurance programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial governance policies and procedures;
- Provide stakeholders with advice on financial frameworks and policies;
- Lead financial literacy programs and training;
- Drive financial assurance programs and reporting obligations;
- Prepare high-level briefs for Senate Estimates and other committees.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of contributing to strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives. They will possess effective people management and leadership skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders, and ability to work in a fluid environment.
