About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance services to internal stakeholders, providing accurate and timely reporting, and responding to complex stakeholder queries. This role requires excellent analytical skills, budget management expertise, and the ability to develop financial models to support business decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting internal and external reports to senior stakeholders
  • Responding to stakeholder queries regarding new projects and acquisitions
  • Developing and enhancing financial models in Excel to provide insightful analysis
  • Budget management, including liaison with stakeholders and preparation of commentary
  • Participating in year-end activities, including annual report preparation and portfolio budget statements

About you

To be successful in this role, you will require a basic understanding of government reporting structures, potentially gained from a consulting background. Whilst prior APS experience is not required, a baseline clearance may be beneficial.
