About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Seven West Media. As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable growth for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of agencies and/or direct clients to develop digital ideas, in-market coverage, sales reporting, and client growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to create, implement, and report on digital solutions for all digital offerings and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Schedule meetings and in-market presentations with agency contacts, both new and existing.
  • Monitor and take proactive action to achieve revenue targets without prompting.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders across the Broadcast & Digital business to understand the features, benefits, value proposition of all Digital opportunities.
About You

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail in every communication and presentation. You should also have:

  • Three plus years' experience in digital sales, preferably within the media industry with strong entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability in selling digital video, mobile, social, display as well as branded content and other integrated custom executions.
  • Solid understanding of industry standard practices; good grasp of best practices around ad sales, delivering and reporting to clients/agencies.
  • Ability to foster strong ongoing and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • An understanding of industry reporting products such as Nielsen NetRatings, Google Analytics, comScore, IAS.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media or Communications and experience will be highly regarded.
