Job Description

This role is responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to residents. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with minimum 2 years' experience in aged care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred resident care addressing medical, physical and emotional needs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans for residents.
  • Manage medications following schedules and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families and involve them in care decisions.
  • Handle emergencies and critical incidents promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
  • Expertise in medication administration and wound care.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation.
  • Australian Working Rights and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
