We're seeking a proactive professional to join our New Markets team in Australia. As Operations and Special Projects Coordinator, you'll be the local link between our customers, partners, and our UK-based team.

This is a rare opportunity to help launch a well-backed brand in a new market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage day-to-day customer-experience issues, chase down delivery hiccups, and coordinate with warehouse/fulfilment partners to improve customer satisfaction and meet service level targets.
  • Drive one-off launch initiatives from concept to post-mortem evaluation.
  • Develop creative solutions to promote the business, including influencer seeding, pop-ups, PR stunts, and cross-sell emails.
  • Maintain project trackers, status decks, and risk logs; identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings to the team.
About You:
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or e-commerce support (marketplace or D2C a bonus).
  • Proven ability to work effectively in start-up style environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working remotely and building trust across time zones.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings (Mon-Wed) to overlap with European teams.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers, last-mile couriers, or customer support platforms would be beneficial.
