Job Title

A Territory Merchandiser role is available in the Redland Bay and surrounds.

As a Territory Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting retailers, mass and independent stores to complete various merchandising tasks ranging from stock maintenance, planograms, price auditing and ensuring products are stocked and compliance is achieved.

About the Role:

  • Up to 30 hours per week (average is 20 hours per week) with flexibility across Monday to Friday.
  • Hours will fluctuate depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building strong relationships with store personnel.
  2. Submitting accurate reporting and uploading quality photos via iPad.
  3. Aligning the portfolio to ensure products are well presented.
  4. Ensuring all safe work practices are adhered too.
  5. Executing cycle activation, retail engagement, availability and advocacy programs.
  6. Sharing relevant product knowledge with Retailers.
  7. Executing price promotions, tickets and price boards to ensure products are available at the right price.
  8. Maintaining customer compliance to contractual agreements, price promotions, price board visibility, stock weight & returns and trading terms in your Territory.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail and or supermarket environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work autonomously but with an overall team focus.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and own reliable transport.
  • Flexible - organising activities around business and customer needs.
