About the Opportunity
We are seeking a senior professional to drive portfolio performance and market impact in our underwriting team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in underwriting complex cyber risks with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of broker distribution, sales, and retention strategies
- Manage key broker accounts and oversee the implementation of Broker Partnership Agreements
- Maintain our Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless pipeline and lead tracking
- Serve as a technical expert and market-facing ambassador, supporting broker onboarding, education, and engagement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of senior underwriting experience in cyber insurance or closely related specialties
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber risk pricing, selection, and insurance product design
- Proven success building and managing broker relationships within the general insurance market
- Commercially minded, with experience delivering retention and growth strategies through distribution
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making
