We are seeking a seasoned Contract Specialist to join our project team in Brisbane.

This role is responsible for overseeing Contracts Management duties that drive effective project outcomes.

  • Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support project procurement through Tender activities
  • Manage all contract documentation for the project
  • Analyze budgets and prepare reporting as required
  • Attend site to assess and verify progress claims
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure project success

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Similar experience with Industrial projects of significant value
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants, and external third parties
