We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our APAC Demand Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, increasing productivity, and creating value for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a diverse team of professionals in a data-centric, performance-driven culture, ensuring the delivery of top-notch sales pipelines with optimal ROI.
- Contribute to refining organizational design, enhancing business processes for demand intake, and fostering employee development initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve pipeline targets and objectives, leveraging modern technology such as Salesforce Lightning, 6Sense, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations groups, to champion the adoption of new tools and processes for smarter engagement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, combining strategic development with a hands-on approach to drive exceptional results.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding pipeline targets, coupled with strong operational and project management experience, including mentoring, performance development, and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers, comfortable speaking with diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
- 5-7 years of management experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies, showcasing a track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
- Experience in driving Lead Generation teams for tele-prospecting and qualification.
- Proven ability to successfully effect organizational change while keeping the team focused on results.
- Proficient in business-level English.
