Senior Manager, APAC Demand Center

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our APAC Demand Center, driving operational excellence and increasing productivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting a high-performing team in a data-centric, performance-driven culture, ensuring the delivery of top-notch sales pipelines with an optimal ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of many nationalities and cultures, combining strategic development and planning with a hands-on approach to achieve outstanding results.
- Showcase your ability to exceed pipeline targets and objectives while managing multiple initiatives. Your operational and project management skills will shine as you prioritize and organize effectively.
- Navigate a complex matrix with ease, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You'll engage confidently with high-level decision-makers and strategically influence collaborative decision-making.
- Bring your strong strategic planning and analysis skills to the forefront, contributing to sales, marketing, and business strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Combine strategic development with a hands-on approach to drive exceptional results.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding pipeline targets, coupled with strong operational and project management experience. Experience in mentoring, performance development, and onboarding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers. Comfortable speaking with diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business strategy.
- 5-7 years of management experience in Inside Sales/Lead Development, preferably with technical or software companies, showcasing a track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
- Experience in driving Lead Generation teams for tele-prospecting and qualification.
- Proven ability to successfully effect organizational change while keeping the team focused on results.
- Proficient in business-level English.
