Senior Business Analyst - FMCG Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the FMCG industry. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with senior leaders, supporting the Commercial and Sales functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into tangible requirements in line with the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Develop robust business cases in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Partner with global technology teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
  • Support solution adoption, change management, and benefits realisation locally.
  • Navigate a matrix structure, balancing global capabilities with local needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ambitious and hands-on professional with a strong track record in business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in SAP and/or Salesforce (ideally both).
  • Experience working in a large, complex, or FMCG environment.
  • Solid business process knowledge with the ability to translate needs into practical solutions.
