Senior Traffic Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in traffic management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor operational Traffic Management Plans
- Complete site hazard assessments and implement control measures
- Monitor traffic behavior and flow to ensure safety is always maintained
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Relevant traffic control tickets: TC2 & TMI2 - High Volume Roads (minimum), TMI3 – Motorways and Freeways
- RIIWHS302 E – Implement Traffic Management Plans, RIIWHS205 E – Control Traffic with a Stop-slow bat, RIIRTM301 E – Operate Truck or Trailer Mounted Attenuators ticket Construction White Card
- Minimum 6 months experience Team Leading
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Previous experience with truck driving (6 months experience minimum)
- Above award pay
- Competitive EBA including additional travel allowances and inclement weather pay
