Heavy Vehicle Workshop Administration Role

This is a highly rewarding administration position that plays a crucial role in the success of our busy truck and heavy vehicle workshop.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join our team, who will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Scheduling jobs and tracking each job through to completion
  • Generating and finalising detailed job invoices
  • Efficiently responding to emails and phone calls
  • Prioritising office workload and ensuring completion of tasks within specified deadlines
  • General bookkeeping, administration tasks and data entry
  • Supporting workshop operations as required

The ideal candidate will have previous advanced level administration experience within a workshop environment, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. You will have excellent computer skills and the ability to deliver consistent, high quality customer service to all clients.

A strong team fit is crucial for this role, along with a genuine interest in the heavy vehicle industry. We welcome both part-time and full-time applications from motivated individuals who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
