Electrical Maintenance Lead

The role of Electrical Maintenance Lead is a crucial one within our team. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead electrical trades in maintenance and repair work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrical trades teams in maintenance and repair tasks
  • Utilize SAP to coordinate maintenance activities, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance at fixed plant facilities
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of plant shutdowns
  • Ensure seamless communication within the fixed plant team
  • Provide technical expertise on electrical and control systems, including fault diagnosis and repairs

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction with excellent communication skills
  • Degree in electrical trade or engineering
  • Leadership experience in minerals processing environments
  • Proficiency in computer maintenance systems, preferably SAP
  • Innovative mindset with a results-driven approach
