Brand Campaigns Manager Role

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven Brand Campaigns Manager who brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise in brand and product marketing. This individual will partner with our teams to design, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role involves managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from creative briefs through to performance analysis, ensuring every touchpoint stays true to our brand.

  • Develop go-to-market brand campaign plans across digital, social, email, events, and partnership channels, coordinating with Product, Sales, Design, and external agencies to align creative messaging and timing.
  • Craft compelling brand narratives and product stories that differentiate us in the marketplace.
  • Develop and evolve our brand strategy, including positioning, identity, voice, and messaging architecture.
  • Provide leadership to the design function via a Brand Lead, while being accountable for the strategic and creative direction of the team.
  • Manage the planning and execution of brand campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and loyalty.
  • Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates our value proposition across multiple customer segments.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in B2B/B2C marketing across Brand, Campaigns, and Product, owning full-channel campaigns. You should also have a strong understanding of visual design, creative production, and brand systems.
