Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Merchandise Representative to support in-store merchandising across the Warrnambool area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Nestle products in grocery stores and negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
  • Build long-term relationships with store managers and represent the brand with pride, positivity and passion.
  • Work autonomously with support from a sales manager.
  • Be flexible with scheduling: availability Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours during busy periods.
  • Work approximately 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle.
  • Ability to lift stock for building displays and utilise point of sale materials.
  • Proficient using a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Live within the designated area (within Warrnambool CBD radius).
  • Ability to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Australian working rights.
