The RoleApply today and help shape the Seed experience in-store.Bringing our product to life by executing flawless visual merchandising in line with concept manuals, VM updates, and brand directivesWorking closely with the Store Manager and store team to drive visual excellence and enhance the customer experienceLeading in-store VM execution, including store presentation, floorplans, and stock rotationsProviding feedback, insights and ideas to ensure the store is always visually engaging and sales-readySupporting new season launches, promotions and monthly set-upsAssisting in training new team members on visual standards and store layoutsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Experience in a similar in-store VM or retail styling roleA flair for fashion and a strong eye for design and detailConfidence using VM guidelines and creative problem-solving skillsA qualification or coursework in Visual Merchandising, Design or a related field (preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivation, a proactive attitude and the ability to manage deadlinesWHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
