Casual Merchandiser

Casual Merchandiser - Warrnambool VIC area. Nestlé is seeking a motivated individual to support in-store merchandising across the Warrnambool area.
Responsibilities- Represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores) and negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
- Build long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent Nestlé with pride, positivity and passion.
- Work autonomously with support from a Territory Sales Manager.
- Be flexible with scheduling: availability Wednesday to Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods (e.g., Back to School and Winter).
- Work approximately 46-50 weeks of the year, excluding a shutdown period mid-December to the first week in January.
- Have a current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle.
- Be physically able to lift stock for building displays and utilise Nestlé's point of sale materials.
- Be proficient using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
- Live within the designated area (within Warrnambool CBD radius, approx. 30 km).
- Be able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
