Job Title: Building Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our properties. Your role will involve performing a range of tasks including responsive maintenance, minor works and defects, quality finishes, scheduling and administration, trade coordination, and site safety and compliance.

To succeed in this position, you will require strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively. You must also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
  • Conduct quality control checks on completed work
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Maintenance experience in a similar role
  • Multi-trade capability (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with WHS regulations and procedures
