Assistant Store Manager Position

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving store targets. In this critical position, you will work closely with the Store Manager to develop strategies for increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and boosting staff performance.

  • Leadership Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in supervising, inspiring, and guiding high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Results-Driven Approach: You will be responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to drive the store and team members to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager: Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and boost staff performance.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Coach and Train Team Members: Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, ensuring they become top performers.
  • Stock Management and Control: Maintain high standards of stock management and shrinkage control to optimize profitability.
  • Visual Merchandising: Effectively merchandize products to showcase our range and promote sales.
  • Operational Requirements: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, and general housekeeping.
