About This Role

We're looking for a talented professional to drive exceptional graduate and intern experiences from onboarding to program roll-off.

  • This includes leading innovation and excellence across the program, delivering briefing sessions and communications to leaders and graduates, and presenting at various internal and external events.
  • You'll partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, workforce planners and stakeholders to drive program outcomes.
  • Additionally, you'll lead performance review conversations with stakeholders and provide additional support where needed.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be ensuring our graduates feel supported, empowered, and connected.
  • You'll use data and feedback to track and measure program effectiveness while continuously improving program outcomes and graduate development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to expand the Graduate program in our offices.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record in early career program management, engagement or talent development.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high levels of resilience during times of change or ambiguity.
  • Experience delivering projects and change initiatives with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project planning and resource management.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
