About the Program

The Graduate Program offers two years of hands-on learning designed to equip you with the skills and expertise necessary to excel in your role. You will play a crucial part in delivering food, drink, and home solutions that meet our customers' expectations for quality, sustainability, and health.

You will have the opportunity to work on real deliverables with clear ownership and accountability as you learn and grow through functional rotations, a tailored development program, and a supportive network.

In your second year, you will complete the Innovation Project, where you will collaborate with a team to develop innovative solutions to genuine business challenges. The top teams will present their ideas to our Executive Leadership Team and Board.

Throughout your graduate journey, we will provide you with experiences and opportunities to support your passion and growth. Each rotation will expand your knowledge and help you discover more about yourself and our organization.

Join Our Own Brand Function

As part of the Own Brand team, you will immerse yourself in product development, from conceptualization to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure success in problem-solving, project management, supplier relationships, communication skills, and above all, a love for food.

  • Have completed a bachelor's degree before commencing the program
