**The Job & You**

You have demonstrated success recruiting in a blue collar capacity, and are looking for a new challenge which will lead your personal growth in line with our business objectives and platform into new markets. This role would suit recruiters with minimum 2 years experience.

You will be self starter and bring your additional skills and experience to an already successful team. You thrive on success and want to work for an organisation that appreciates the work you do.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to deliver innovative talent solutions.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of recruitment projects.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships.

**We are looking for Talent Specialist with the following skills, experience, and attributes**:

- Proven experience as a Blue Collar Talent Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or similar role in a recruitment agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment assignments simultaneously.
- Resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions.
- Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
