Clinical Business Partner Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, evaluate and measure quality of care and services to identify areas for improvement aligned with best practice standards.
  • Lead investigations into risks, incidents and feedback to promote continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess performance against agreed standards in preparation for external accreditations and compliance regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with management levels to promote business assurance framework, quality and risk systems.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of contemporary clinical practices, aged care and disability accreditation standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Tertiary or equivalent qualification in Nursing.
  • Internal Auditor qualifications are desirable.
