The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Partner to join our team As a key member of our HR team, you'll work closely with clients and candidates to match top talent with exciting opportunities.

  • You'll lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, focusing on executive placements while maximising talent attraction strategies and managing the candidate pipeline.
  • Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role, with a genuine passion for the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Naturally fast, productive, and effective, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer and candidate experiences.
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail in creating high-quality recruitment documents are a must.
  • Proficiency with recruitment databases, pipelining, and candidate sourcing/attraction tools is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and time management skills will see you succeed in this role.
  • A creative approach to designing campaigns that attract perfect talent matches is essential.
