At Coles Supermarkets, we're looking for a skilled Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our team. This role is all about creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, you'll be responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices. You'll also be collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, no matter the weather.

Key responsibilities

  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About you and your skills

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe work practices.
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • To be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
  • Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
