About the Role


We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our Woolworths Supermarkets team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Provide expert knowledge of our products and services to customers
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas
  • Rotate through various areas of the store, including customer service and scanning groceries

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
