Brand Collective is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Concession team at the NEW Brand Collective Footwear Myer Perth store opening in February 2025. This role requires a leader with extensive product knowledge and experience in retail leadership, who can create authentic shopping experiences for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, actively selling, and contributing to sales and KPI targets. As a Store Manager, you will build and drive a customer-focused culture through leading by example and acting as a passionate brand ambassador for Brand Collective.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for our customers and has a strong passion for footwear brands such as Reebok, Julius Marlow, Hush Puppies, Volley, Clarks, and Grosby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Concession team, sharing extensive product knowledge across the brands and creating authentic shopping experiences in a supportive environment.">
  • Coach, connect with, and develop your team to achieve business goals and an exceptional customer experience.">
  • Maintain operational excellence when handling products, visual merchandising, and considerations for loss prevention management.">
  • Recruit, select, and train team members to meet business needs.">
  • Work towards achieving an exceptional customer experience by communicating product knowledge of apparel and accessories across the brand offering.">
  • Build strong relationships with the in-store Myer team to leverage sales driving, VM, and marketing opportunities.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in concession or store retail leadership.">
  • Enthusiasm for creating unforgettable and authentic service experiences for customers.">
  • Familiarity with offering advice and recommendations that leave customers feeling relaxed, confident, and tailored to their needs.">
  • Experience with stock control and VM (comfortability in lifting up to 10kg unassisted).">
  • Capabilities in training, coaching, and mentoring team members, alongside driving and exceeding KPIs.">
  • Excellent time management skills.">
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.">
