Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Central Coast, located approximately 1 hour north of Sydney. This is a full-time position that offers a mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Position Details:
  • Type of Practice: General practice with a focus on family medicine
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Practice Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
    • Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Deputising service for out-of-hours care available
Remuneration Package:
  • Billing Structure: 70% of billings
  • Guaranteed Earnings (first 12 weeks):
    • $200 per hour for 7 hours/day ($1400), or 70% of billings (whichever is greater)
    • Relocation allowance available
    • Accommodation and car provided during the initial probationary period
About Our Practice:
  • Patient Load: Approximately 5-6 patients per hour initially; new doctor can take 15-minute appointments until comfortable with the system.
