Caregiving Physician

This role presents a unique chance to practice medicine in a calm, patient-focused environment within residential aged care facilities across the Central Coast. You'll work within a close-knit clinical team that includes a Registered Nurse, a consulting Geriatrician, and an admin team.

Your day will include regular resident reviews, collaborative care planning, and a mix of acute and chronic care management. This is a distinctive setting that allows medical professionals to focus on quality over quantity, with no pressure to push through high volumes.

You're an experienced General Practitioner who values empathy and connection in your work. Ideally, you'll bring current AHPRA registration, fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM, and strong communication and decision-making skills.
