Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

Nursing Unit Managers play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, providing strategic leadership and managing teams to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the relevant nursing board, along with tertiary qualifications in health management or relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and oversee the delivery of healthcare services for all patients.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive health services for patients and manage their execution.
  • Coordinate and monitor service provision, implementing and monitoring activities related to service planning and development, and policy implementation.
  • Effectively interface with other managers and directors within the network and custodial staff.
  • Work within established health policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as relevant regulations.
