Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

The role entails supporting senior executives in government and external stakeholder engagement, encompassing forward planning and communications activities.
Key Responsibilities- Forward planning and tracking of key priorities to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Preparation of presentations, briefings, speeches, submissions, and publications for internal and external audiences.
- Development of workforce capabilities through process review, knowledge management, systems, and data analysis.
- Leadership and supervision of junior staff in project teams and broader organizations.
- Coordination of events for stakeholder meetings throughout the year.
- Relevant experience in administration, regulation, projects, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks while engaging collaboratively with others.
- Sound understanding of policy development, competition, and consumer law.
- Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff to deliver key objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiating, and working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to varying requests.
