About The Role- Reporting to the Manager, Consumer and Community, the Senior Stakeholder Advisor supports consumer, community and corporate-level engagement initiatives.
The role involves developing and delivering externally-facing stakeholder engagement and communications plans, facilitating consultations around priority business or industry topics, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of engagement and communications plans.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage consultations effectively.
- Develop plans for emerging issues and coordinate delivery.
- Support engagement effectiveness measurement and reporting.
- Maintain accurate stakeholder records in the CRM system.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor) in social sciences, communications, public relations or related field.
- Solid experience in stakeholder engagement and/or corporate communications, ideally in complex or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of the energy sector, including regulatory, legal and political contexts.
