Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

As a key figure in the Commercial Partnerships team, you will play a pivotal role in leading stakeholder engagement initiatives supporting next-generation public transport service contracts.
This temporary position involves developing and implementing strategic engagement programs, guiding contract principles, and contributing to procurement strategies across SEQ and regional Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an engagement program to support the delivery of a contracting framework and next-generation public transport service contracts.
- Provide strategic planning, leadership, and oversight to ensure the engagement program is effective, efficient, and aligned with desired outcomes.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across internal and external parties while maintaining strict probity and confidentiality standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform engagement strategies, contract principles, and future procurement processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management principles, ideally within a transport setting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully liaise and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Understanding of the management of public transport to conduct engagement sessions, analyze information, and develop recommendations.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and emerging issues affecting public transport services.
