Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This is a key leadership role that shapes the future of HR across Westpac's Chief Data, Digital and AI Office (CDDAIO).

As Head of HR for the Data, Digital and AI division, you'll partner with Executives, General Managers and their leadership teams to craft workforce strategies across the division that drive business transformation, talent growth, and capability development.

You'll contribute to a high-performing HR team, driving organisational design and embedding agile ways of working.

We're seeking an established strategic and collaborative HR leader who can connect people strategy with business outcomes. You'll bring:

  • Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design as a Head of HR (minimum 5 years' experience at Head of HR level)
  • Proven ability to lead large scale cultural transformation and embed agile work practices
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders
  • A track record of identifying, developing and growing talent, and building organisational wide capability
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies and practices
