Key Responsibilities

We seek experienced HSE professionals who can lead site inspections, risk assessments and proactive safety conversations to identify and mitigate risks.

  • Collaborate with project teams to provide practical risk management advice.
  • Develop and implement effective HSE systems and processes.
  • Mentor and guide teams to foster a strong safety culture.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Relevant experience in civil infrastructure and/or water projects.
  • A Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
  • A White Card and a valid C Class Driver's License.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE systems and processes.
  • Professional memberships or certifications.
  • A passion for making safety real in construction.
