Job Opportunity

The role of the Incident Management Clinician is to provide expert clinical support in response to critical incidents or significant change.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of psychological first aid and trauma-informed care. This includes delivering psycho-education sessions and individual interventions to individuals affected by critical incidents.

You will work within a trauma-informed framework to clinically manage client risk and provide support to organisations impacted by critical incidents.

Key Requirements:

  • A qualification in Psychology or Social Work.
  • Professional registration with a relevant health professional body.
  • A minimum of three years postgraduate experience.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
