As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that delivers premium HVAC service and maintenance across Sydney's commercial sector.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can oversee the delivery of upcoming service and maintenance contracts across key commercial assets in the Sydney CBD. Reporting to senior management, you will take ownership of team performance, customer satisfaction, contract delivery, and operational compliance while playing a key role in growing and refining our service offering.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support HVAC technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and drive performance through regular reviews and clear goals.
  • Oversee work-in-progress tracking, ensure timely invoicing, and deliver accurate quotes and small project pricing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring service meets service-level agreements.
  • Maintain health and safety registers, manage training records, and ensure all site documentation is up-to-date.
  • Use job management software to track data, reporting, forecasting, and labour planning across multiple sites.
About You
  • You have a background in HVAC service/maintenance with leadership experience.
  • You possess a strong understanding of work-in-progress management, quoting, billing, and client liaison.
  • You are proficient in job management software, such as SimPRO.
  • You have excellent communication and people management skills.
  • You are driven, organised, and client-focused with a commitment to quality.
