The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Account Manager in our HVAC Service Department will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with both new and existing customers to deliver excellent service, while also seeking opportunities to expand our client base across Sydney.

As part of our professional, friendly, and skilled team, you will be involved in varied, high-calibre HVAC service and maintenance projects. This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, problem-solving, and technical coordination to ensure we consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.

Skills & Experience

As the lead point of contact for your account portfolio, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, growing new business, and managing a team of technicians. You'll also prepare quotations for service and repair work while applying your strong background in HVAC service, maintenance, and diagnostics across a variety of systems.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in service, maintenance, and diagnostics of HVAC systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience managing people and coordinating project teams.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
  • Current driver's licence.
  • HVAC industry experience.
  • Account management and/or sales experience (desirable).
  • Tertiary qualification in business management (desirable).
