Job Title: Property Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management principles to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of all services within multiple industrial sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage services supporting critical environments, including fire safety systems, mechanical services, roller doors, hydraulic services, and landscaping.
  • Oversight of operating expenditure and implementation of cost-effective solutions for maintenance and operation of plant and equipment.
  • Performance of minor reactive works and conduct building inspections under the building's operating model, documenting findings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in property management or operations with a sound understanding of building operations and exposure to building services.
  • Ideal background includes a trade qualification, project management experience, or a degree in property management.
  • Proven track record in managing services supporting critical environments.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously across different sites.
