We are seeking a skilled Senior Inventory and Demand Planner to oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from demand forecasting to physical stock management.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data, market trends, and other factors to predict future product demand, determining optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking, tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers and warehouses.

As a Senior Inventory and Demand Planner, you will be responsible for working with sales, marketing, and other teams to align demand plans with business goals.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Inventory Planning: Determine optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail, particularly lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.
  • Experience managing large SKUs of products or multi-SKU within one style.
  • A strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of commercial financials is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and other relevant inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to demand and inventory.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
