Sales Professional for Conference and Events

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling conference packages to corporate clients and organisations.
- Proactively respond to new sales opportunities and effectively manage incoming leads via phone, email, and online channels.
- Prepare detailed proposals tailored to client needs, covering venue, function spaces, catering, and accommodation to maximise revenue.
- Conduct site inspections and host familiarisation events, ensuring follow-up is prompt and professional.
- Analyse competitor activity in the region and make strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Conference & Events team to ensure seamless handovers and the successful delivery of client events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles using CRM systems.
- Assist in forecasting and reporting on sales activity, contributing to the development of sales strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners.
- Ensure all sales correspondence is actioned promptly.
- Focus on client retention by strengthening relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
