About the Job:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Theatre Front Desk Management (FDM) team. You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager Peri-operative (CNM) and Clinical Nurse (CN) to ensure a safe and successful outcome for surgical patients and contribute to a smooth operation of the perioperative environment. Your experience in using TMS and webPAS systems will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the FDM team.
  • Work closely with CNM and CN to ensure safe and successful outcomes for surgical patients.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the perioperative environment.
  • Use TMS and webPAS systems effectively.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of healthcare administration principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in using TMS and webPAS systems.
